Historic Walking Tours of Philadelphia

Franklin's Philadelphia - Walking Tours

“Franklin’s Philadelphia” is special 90 minute walking “Backstage Tour” of Old City Philadelphia with Ben himself. The tour route through Old City passes the sites that have significance to Franklin’s life & contributions. Stopping along the way, Ben offers a litany of little known facts with a touch of “Franklin Color” that is rarely taught in our schools or contained in our popular texts. The insights offered by Ben add value to the tour and sets it apart from other historical tours.

Franklin’s Philadelphia tours are regularly scheduled for Fridays and Saturdays at 11:30am and 1:30pm from April through November. Tickets for these tours can be reserved through the Philadelphia’s Independence Visitors Center

Apart from the Independence Visitors Center, special tours for small or large groups can be accommodated directly by Ben.

Small and large school groups can be accommodated in classrooms or auditoriums.

Weddings, conferences, parties, educational talks, motivational speeches – any gathering or get together can value from a “little Ben Franklinisms”.
